At the beginning of November this year, the capital of Portugal Lisbon hosted one of the most important events in the DeFi space, Solana Breakpoint 2021. It was a four-day event during which leading blockchain specialists representing major DeFi projects gathered in a single location to discuss the current state of the market, the associated issues, and future growth projections.

Opposite to the entrance to Solana Breakpoint 2021, Hacken together with InsurAce.io organized a special DeFi Retreat where everyone could communicate face to face with industry experts, business owners, security specialists, and other DeFi enthusiasts. This event was very popular among attendants of Solana Breakpoint 2021 since all guests could take a break from the main conference in a very friendly atmosphere and enjoy networking spirit. During the DeFi Retreat, visitors were also hosting important business meetings.

As an entertainment element, Hacken and InsurAce.io organized a special competition for visitors. The only requirement was to make the best photo or meme of this Retreat. The winner of this competition got $500 in $INSUR and $500 in HAI.
