Our origin

In 2017, a cluster of Ukrainian security researchers, white‑hat hackers, and crypto‑native builders saw the same pattern on repeat: brilliant blockchain ideas, rushed code, and billions in user value exposed.

Exchanges were listing unaudited tokens. Smart contracts deployed to mainnet without adversarial review. Regulators had no playbook.

We founded Hacken to change that.

Starting from Kyiv’s vibrant cybersecurity community, we set out to apply disciplined, evidence‑driven assurance to decentralized systems.
