Hacken Report – Winter 2018

During the previous 3 months, we have worked hard to ensure Hacken’s transformation from an ICO startup into a well-established and trustworthy cybersecurity corporation. We have increased our client base, released new products, and organized the cybersecurity discussion panel at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Last but not least, Hacken recruited some amazingly talented team members. Today, we have more good news! Let’s look at the details.

New Clients

As you know, due to the increasing number of hacking attacks within the crypto industry and overall IT field, more and more companies seek top quality protection. As a result, our client base is constantly growing. Currently, we are working on the promotion of ethical hacking and increasing global cybersecurity standards.

We are thrilled to report our security products have been employed by 16 companies operating in both the crypto and IT industries. Our services are represented in 8 countries including Ukraine, France, Luxemburg, Singapore, Georgia, Germany, China, and the Russian Federation. At present, we are in negotiations with 6 new clients. New partnerships will be announced soon.

Furthermore, we are proud to share our bug-bounty statistics with you. We feel it is important to keep you informed about our input in the world of cyber safety:

• 8 vulnerability reward programs launched;
• 5,8 reports per bug hunter;
• 7,8/10 criticality of vulnerability on average;
• 3 critical vulnerabilities with high impact.

Our team is constantly growing!

During the last 3 months, we have welcomed 12 new members to our team: 4 technical specialists for the in-house security team, 3 sales specialists, and 4 marketing gurus, including a new community manager, web developer/designer, SMM expert, and content manager.

We already mentioned that Hacken’s customer base is rapidly growing, so we are looking for the following professionals:

– A technical writer. Must be familiar with cybersecurity and able to produce related content.
– Smart contract auditors. Experts needed to join our team, and experienced in high-quality SC Auditing.

Revenue Report

Naturally the influx of new clients has resulted in increased revenue. We are therefore pleased to announce that in 2018, Hacken has so far earned $174 thousand in ETH, BTC and $. As announced, we are soon going to release our tokenized bug bounty platform-HackenProof-where the automatic exchange of HKNs will be available. In the interim, we will purchase HKNs on behalf of our clients.

What’s next?

We will reacquire HKNs so as to equal the amount of revenue accrued. This will maintain the functionality of our ecosystem. During the course of next week Hacken will announce the date on which we will fill out HKN sell orders for $174 thousand on KuCoin.
