Insight 2. Want to become an industry leader – deliver excellence to every client you serve
Zone of Avoidance decided to work with Hacken because it received many positive comments about our services from its partners. Thus, clients’ satisfaction with the quality of services they get is the most effective promotion strategy for Web 3.0 cybersecurity auditors.
Insight 3. Communication between a client and a team plays a vital role in eliminating any concerns
The CEO of Zone of Avoidance Isak Saryieu admitted the professional approach to communication applied by our team representative Kostiantyn. When a customer gets a response almost immediately, he realizes that an auditor values his time and that every client matters to this company.
Insight 4. Smart contract audit provides security to clients as well as VALUABLE EXPERTISE
The client has noted that the insights gained within the framework of cooperation with Hacken auditors will be used during the next audits. We strongly advise every project to be deeply involved in the audit process. The success of an audit strongly depends on the client’s motivation.
Great thanks to Zone of Avoidance team for their valuable feedback on our audit. We would like to note that clients’ opinion is the most important source of information for us on how to reach new heights in smart contract auditing.
