We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our sales team and lead high-value commercial conversations with some of the most sophisticated clients in the market, including banks, asset managers, centralized exchanges, and other institutional and enterprise players operating at the intersection of blockchain and traditional finance.
This is a strategic, high-trust role for someone who knows how to navigate complex organizations, engage multiple senior stakeholders, and drive deals forward with ownership, intelligence, and credibility.
You will be expected to represent Hacken at the highest level, managing VIP and institutional relationships with the maturity, business judgment, and adaptability required to win in a global, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle for inbound opportunities, from qualification and discovery to proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover
Build and develop long-term relationships with institutional, enterprise, and VIP clients across multiple jurisdictions
Convert inbound demand into durable commercial partnerships and consistent long-term revenue
Identify natural upsell, cross-sell, renewal, retainer, and strategic expansion opportunities within both new and existing accounts
Lead complex commercial processes involving multiple C-level and senior stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs across technical, operational, commercial, and regulatory dimensions
Position Hacken’s solutions credibly for both crypto-native and traditional institutional clients
Learn new products quickly, including technical and evolving offerings, and translate them into clear business value for buyers
Help shape product and go-to-market strategy by sharing structured market feedback, client objections, commercial insights, and emerging demand patterns
Work closely with product, technical, legal, delivery, and leadership teams to support solution design and improve market fit
Drive revenue growth consistently while meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets and quotas
Develop tailored commercial strategies for clients with different structures, expectations, regulatory realities, and procurement requirements
Maintain excellent pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
Represent Hacken with professionalism, ownership, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail in every client interaction
It’s a Match If You Have:
5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets
We’re looking for a AAA player: you have very high standards of quality, responsibility, and follow-through
Proven experience handling complex inbound opportunities while also demonstrating strong business development instinct and account growth capability
Proven experience selling to institutional clients or complex organizations with multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
Strong ability to engage senior executives and navigate C-level conversations with confidence and credibility
Experience managing long, sophisticated sales cycles and high-value deals
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and relationship-building ability
A natural ability to build deep, meaningful relationships that lead to trust, retention, and long-term revenue generation
Curiosity and willingness to learn new products continuously, including technical offerings that may require a steep learning curve
Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest in helping shape products through direct market feedback and close collaboration with internal teams
A highly autonomous and proactive working style, with strong ownership and accountability
Creativity and adaptability in dealing with clients across different jurisdictions, time zones, industries, and cultures
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
Experience selling subscription-based, retainer-based, or recurring revenue models
Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related industries
Solid understanding of the blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystem
Experience working with clients such as banks, asset managers, custodians, centralized exchanges, or other financial institutions
Familiarity with regulated environments, enterprise procurement processes, and compliance-driven buying decisions
Exposure to technical products or solutions where the commercial team plays an active role in product feedback and market validation
