Build the future of digital asset risk intelligence 

Hacken is building the infrastructure institutions need to assess, monitor, and manage digital asset risk.

Banks, asset managers, custodians, stablecoin issuers, exchanges, and tokenization platforms increasingly interact with digital assets, protocols, vaults, and on-chain infrastructure. They need more than periodic assessments: they need continuous, explainable visibility into how risk is changing and what action they should take.

Hacken’s institutional digital asset risk intelligence platform brings together automated due diligence, security intelligence, on-chain monitoring, explainable risk scoring, continuous score updates, and actionable alerts.

The platform helps institutions evaluate and monitor digital assets, vaults, protocols, exchanges, and other counterparties throughout their lifecycle - from initial due diligence and onboarding to ongoing portfolio monitoring and risk escalation.

We are looking for a hands-on product leader to own the evolution of the product.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and evolve product vision, positioning, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate Hacken’s security expertise, research, data, and monitoring capabilities into scalable products.
• Identify the most important institutional use cases through continuous customer discovery, pilots, and design partnerships.
• Own the experience for due diligence, risk scoring, continuous monitoring, alerts, and portfolio oversight.
• Partner with security, risk, data, and engineering teams to develop transparent and defensible risk methodologies.
• Set standards for data quality, coverage, freshness, explainability, alert relevance, and auditability.
• Own product prioritization, requirements, validation, launches, and post-launch performance.
• Lead and develop the product team, establishing clear ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Balance customer needs and commercial opportunities with technical feasibility, reliability, and long-term scalability.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams on packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
• Ensure that our product meets institutional requirements for integrations, APIs, access controls, reporting, data governance, and operational reliability.
• Drive product adoption, customer value, and commercial performance.

It’s a Match If You Have:

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software, cybersecurity, FinTech, RegTech, data products, or risk intelligence.
• Proven ownership of product strategy, customer discovery, roadmaps, delivery, launches, and product performance.
• Experience leading product managers or multidisciplinary teams in an early-stage or transformational environment.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, custody, exchanges, and on-chain transactions.
• Experience building complex data, scoring, monitoring, analytics, or decision-support products.
• Understanding of data quality, coverage, freshness, explainability, alert thresholds, and methodology governance.
• Experience building products for financial institutions, enterprises, or other regulated organizations, including integrations, procurement, and security reviews.
• Practical experience delivering AI-powered capabilities and evaluating their reliability, explainability, data quality, and production risks.
• Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical capabilities into clear customer and business value.

Nice to Have:

• Background in cybersecurity, blockchain analytics, threat intelligence, fraud detection, compliance, or risk ratings.
• Experience building risk-scoring methodologies, rules engines, alerting systems, portfolio monitoring products, or intelligence APIs.
• Experience taking an early enterprise product from design partnerships to repeatable commercial adoption.
• Experience working with institutional digital asset teams, security researchers, auditors, data scientists, or risk experts.
