DART's

DART's RWA Investment is the smart contract suite for DART's Web3 fractional investment platform. The system enables administrators to register investment products, manage USDT liquidity pools, and operate tier-based investor eligibility through ERC721/ERC1155 tier registries. Investors participate via USDT subscription or administrator-issued ERC721 Investment NFTs that represent pro-rata distribution rights—not direct ownership of the underlying asset. Yield and principal are distributed to NFT holders at scheduled times in batched USDT transfers, with escrow and claim flows when transfers fail. Chainlink Automation orchestrates recurring yield distribution and maturity processing. The scope includes an Investment proxy (Meta Contract / MC devkit), per-product InvestmentNFT (ERC721), and an Automation helper compatible with Chainlink upkeep.
